Yesterday saw MTrust go live with the first tranche of over 500 authorised signatories now using the system to apply for and manage their airport ID passes at Gatwick Airport.
Soon to be followed by a further 2,000 authorised signatories, this was the culmination of an immense amount of work by our Product Delivery team, who have succeeded in delivering a truly revolutionary solution. It also marks the shift in focus at HRS from bespoke project work to delivering truly great products to the aviation, construction, oil & gas and humanitarian markets.
So to celebrate, we bought a cake!
I had the honour of cutting the cake alongside Adam Smith, Product Development Director and in front of the MTrust team.
Developed closely with the UK’s 2nd largest airport around the most efficient and compliant pass issuance processes, MTrust provides a streamlined ID Pass application and management solution. MTrust can reduce pass rejection rates by up to 80%, reduce inbound calls to the airport ID Centre and enables the monitoring and fine tuning of the ID Centre performance.
Once all authorised signatories have completed their systems training, MTrust will have a thriving community of 2,500 active authorised signatories, who will benefit from reduced pass issuance times of up to 7 weeks with auto-completed forms ensuring no mistakes in applications. MTrust gives authorised signatories complete visibility of their application’s progress without the need to call the airport, allowing companies to get their employees on to the airport faster.
